SERVICING & LANDLORD SAFETY CHECKS
Legally, landlords must make sure that the gas equipment they supply is safely installed and maintained by a Gas Safe registered engineer and ensure that a registered engineer does an annual gas safety check on each appliance and flue. Landlords must then give tenants a copy of the gas safety check record before they move in, or within 28 days of the check.
We can perform these checks on boilers, water heaters, gas fires and cookers to make sure they're up to scratch for your tenants, and provide you with a certificate detailing that they are safe to use.
If any appliance is deemed unsafe to use we will offer a free no obligation quote for any work that needs to be done.
BOILER BREAKDOWNS
If your boiler breaks down, we’ll get it back up and running as soon as possible, and if it can’t be fixed then we will provide a free no obligation quote to get your boiler replaced.
